Wat ga je doen?

  • Voorbereiden, verwerken en opvolgen van de loonadministratie voor arbeiders en bedienden in samenwerking met SD Worx.
  • Opvolgen van de correcte toepassing van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Verwerken van afwezigheden, verlof, tijdsregistratie en loonrelevante gegevens.
  • Beheren van personeelsdossiers van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, attesten en sociale documenten.
  • Zorgen dat alle personeelsgegevens correct en up-to-date zijn.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond payroll, administratie en sociale wetgeving.

  • Een bachelor in HR, personeelswerk, bedrijfspsychologie of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond.
  • Ervaring binnen payroll is een must.
  • Een stevige interesse in en bij voorkeur kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl.
  • Discretie en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Een zelfstandige ingesteldheid: jij wacht niet graag tot iemand zegt wat je moet doen.
  • Vlotte communicatie met medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  • Een positieve, gedreven persoonlijkheid met de nodige pit.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en collegialiteit is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je bent niet snel van je stuk en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar de handen uit de mouwen worden gestoken.
