Irgendwo zwischen Gurkerlfeldern und Donaudampfschiffen arbeiten wir an mehr fun at work und einer besseren Zuku... 1 Payroll & HR Systems Specialist (all genders) Unternehmensbeschreibung Die BGO Holding GmbH ist eine internationale Unternehmensgruppe bestehend aus den drei Büromöbelherstellern Bene, hali und Neudoerfler und der BGO Montage & Logistik GmbH mit österreichischen Wurzeln. Rund 1.300 Mitarbeiter:innen arbeiten an drei hochmodernen Produktionsstandorten in Österreich. Wir arbeiten proaktiv an der Arbeitswelt von morgen.

Stellenbeschreibung * Du verantwortest die laufende Personalverrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft für definierte Gesellschaften der BGO Gruppe, insbesondere der hali Gmbh sowohl für Arbeiter als auch Angestellte. * Du sorgst dafür, dass Gehaltsabrechnungen korrekt, termingerecht und in bester Qualität abgewickelt werden. * Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft und Abrechnung. * Du behältst gesetzliche, steuerliche und kollektivvertragliche Änderungen im Blick und setzt diese in der Praxis um. * Du arbeitest mit Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträgern und externen Partnern zusammen. * Du erstellst Auswertungen und unterstützt Jahresabschlüssen oder externen Prüfungen. * Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Payroll-Prozesse einfacher, digitaler und effizienter gestalten können. * Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Zeitwirtschafts- und HR-Systeme. * Du wirkst bei spannenden Projekten rund um Payroll, Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung mit.

Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HLW, Lehre mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt o. Ä.) * Erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung * Erste Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Berührungspunkte mit Zeitwirtschaft oder HR-Systemen (z.B. LOGA, Workday,...) * Interesse an HR-Systemen und digitaler Arbeitsweise * Genaue, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise * Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen * Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie eine lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften * Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln

Über deine Gehaltsvorstellung unterhalten wir uns gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt anzugeben, welches je nach Vordienstzeiten bei € 3.110,17 monatlich startet Das tatsächliche marktkonforme Gehalt ist abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
