The posting

Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Payroll Specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor een correcte, tijdige en kwalitatieve verwerking van de payroll en personeelsadministratie voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met loonverwerking, tijdsregistratie, afwezigheden en sociale administratie te maken heeft.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de volledige voorbereiding en opvolging van de loonverwerking voor arbeiders en bedienden.
  • Je verwerkt in- en uitdiensttredingen, contractwijzigingen, afwezigheden, ziekte, verlof, tijdsregistraties, uurroosters, premies en vergoedingen.
  • Je controleert dagelijks de tijdsregistraties en afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct verwerkt worden.
  • Je verzorgt de loonverwerking van arbeiders (PC 124 en PC 149.01) en bedienden (PC 200) in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je controleert de loonberekeningen en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen vaststelt.
  • Je beheert personeelsdossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten correct en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je staat in voor sociale documenten en andere administratieve verplichtingen.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers over lonen, verlof, afwezigheden en sociale wetgeving.
  • Je volgt de aanwezigheidsregistratie op en rapporteert eventuele onregelmatigheden.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met het sociaal secretariaat en andere externe partners.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van opleidingen, van inschrijving tot attestering en registratie.
  • Je volgt de evoluties binnen de sociale wetgeving en payroll op.
  • Je waakt over een correcte toepassing van de geldende wetgeving en procedures.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en digitaliseren van payroll- en personeelsprocessen.
