In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte salarisverwerking voor ruim 22.000 medewerkers in Nederland, terwijl je tegelijkertijd bouwt aan een sterk, toekomstbestendig afdeling. Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met strategische impact. Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions Als Payroll Manager creëer je een omgeving waarin samenwerking, kennisdeling en continue verbetering centraal staan. Daarbij vertaal je het Group HR-beleid naar de Nederlandse organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat procedures, processen en werkinstructies worden opgezet en actueel blijven. Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied op de voet en zet deze om naar verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. - Het aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van een team van 13 payrollprofessionals. - Het prioriteren en coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen het team en het bewaken van capaciteit en prestaties. - Het waarborgen van een tijdige, correcte en compliant salarisverwerking voor ruim 22.000 medewerkers. - Het toezien op de kwaliteit van de HR- en payrolldienstverlening richting medewerkers en management. - Het coördineren van controle-, verificatie- en auditactiviteiten binnen de salarisadministratie. - Het borgen van naleving van Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving binnen alle payroll- en HR-administratieve processen. - Het opstellen en analyseren van managementrapportages en payroll gerelateerde stuurinformatie. - Het initiëren, leiden en implementeren van payroll- en HR-projecten gericht op optimalisatie en professionalisering. - Het succesvol doorvoeren van veranderingen, nieuwe processen en systeemontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie.
