Als Payroll Officer wordt jij de motor achter loon,- en personeelsadministratie van meer dan 2.000 collega's. je zit niet alleen achter je bureau: je trekt er regelmatig op uit naar verschillende locaties om de vertrouwde babbel te bieden waar de werknemers nood aan hebben. Jouw taken zullen zijn:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige en correcte payroll van alle werknemers, en bewaakt de sociale wetgeving nauwkeurig.
  • Je beheert personeelsdossiers en begeleidt nieuwe collega's bij de start en contractondertekening.
  • Je beantwoord vragen over lonen, contracten en arbeidsvoorwaarden.
  • Je stelt maandelijkse overzichten over en rapporteert aan de leidinggevende.

Ben jij zelfstandig, discreet en communiceer je vlot? Kan je goed omgaan met deadlines en vind je het fijn persoonlijk contact te hebben met mensen op de verschillende sites? Dan zoek wij jou! Verder neem je mee:

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met payrollbeheer en een stevige kennis van sociale wetgeving.
  • Een bachelor, - of masterdiploma in HR, bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van Excel en payroll,- en tijdsregistratiesystemen.
  • Organisatorisch talent, en weten hoe om te gaan met vertrouwelijke dossiers.
