The posting

Samen met het payrollteam zorg je ervoor dat de loonadministratie van arbeiders en bedienden correct en vlot verloopt. Je bent een belangrijke contactpersoon voor medewerkers en ondersteunt collega's en management met jouw kennis van payroll, sociale wetgeving en HR-processen.

Je komt terecht in een warme en dynamische werkomgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en waar je de kans krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen HR.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van de loonadministratie van arbeiders en bedienden volgens de geldende wetgeving en interne procedures
  • Verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van variabele looninformatie en afwezigheden
  • Correct voorbereiden en doorgeven van payrollgegevens aan het sociaal secretariaat
  • Beheren en aanpassen van personeelsdossiers en opmaken van sociale documenten en attesten
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van medewerkers bij vragen rond loonadministratie en sociale wetgeving
  • Actief meewerken aan HR-projecten en optimalisatie van payrollprocessen en KPI's
  • Ondersteunen van HR-collega's bij sociaalrechtelijke en payroll gerelateerde vragen
  • Opvolgen en communiceren van wijzigingen in sociale wetgeving en HR-regelgeving
  • Mee nadenken over efficiëntere processen en verbeteringen binnen payroll en HR-administratie
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen payroll of HR-administratie is een plus
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving, arbeidsrecht en administratieve processen of sterke motivatie om hierin verder te groeien
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Nauwkeurige, discrete en klantgerichte werkhouding
  • Probleemoplossend ingesteld en sterk in organisatie
  • Teamplayer met een hart voor HR en dienstverlening
  • Interesse in payroll data, processen en optimalisaties
