Voor een financieel gezonde en ondernemende familiale speler in regio Waregem zoeken we een Payroll Officer (m/v/x) met focus op België en Nederland.

Deze organisatie combineert de warmte van een familiebedrijf met de dynamiek van een internationale context binnen een nichemarkt. De cultuur is laagdrempelig, hands-on en toegankelijk, met korte beslissingslijnen, open communicatie en veel zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer.

In je rol als Payroll Officer (m/v/x) ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles omtrent payroll van A-Z (arbeiders en bedienden) met nadien eventueel de mogelijkheid om je rol uit te breiden tot 20% soft HR - afhankelijk van je interesses en talenten.

  • Je staat in voor de volledige payrollverwerking van A tot Z voor medewerkers in België en Nederland.
  • De grootste focus ligt op Belgische payroll, binnen een context van verschillende statuten, arbeidsregelingen en vestigingen.
  • Je verwerkt lonen van zowel arbeiders als bedienden en volgt de bijhorende personeelsadministratie nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte toepassing van sociaal-juridische regelgeving, CAO's, arbeidsreglementen en relevante addenda.
  • Je beheert payrollthema's zoals tijdsregistratie, premies, doelgroepverminderingen, afwezigheden, tijdskrediet en diverse loongebonden dossiers.
  • Je werkt hiervoor onder meer met SD Worx eBlox en Protime.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond payroll en administratie.
  • Je denkt aanvullend actief mee na over het vermijden van fouten, het optimaliseren van payrollprocessen en het verhogen van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
  • Je ondersteunt samen met de HR-verantwoordelijke verbetertrajecten rond payroll, arbeidsregelingen en HR-processen.
  • Aanvullend kan je in deze rol bijdrage en ondersteuning leveren aan de HR director voor HR projecten.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit regio Vichte, maar 1 dag per week is een verplaatsing naar Antwerpen vereist.
  • In deze rol rapporteert je aan de HR Director, jullie werken dan ook samen in tandem.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in payroll van A tot Z en kan een payrollproces zelfstandig beheren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de Belgische payrollwetgeving; ervaring met Nederlandse payroll is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van SD Worx eBlox en Protime zijn een grote plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar correctheid en ownership essentieel zijn.
  • Je hebt voldoende maturiteit en ruggengraat om dossiers kritisch en constructief te bekijken.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans én Engels.
  • Je houdt van een hands-on rol met zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer en bent iemand die meedenkt in oplossingen
  • Je bent bereid om je wekelijks 1 dag naar Antwerpen te verplaatsen.
