Vanuit Itzu zoeken we momenteel naar een ervaren en gedreven Payroll Officer. Wil jij je carrière als Payroller verder zetten binnen een kleinschalig en gezellig team van HR-medewerkers? Bij onze klant staat elke werknemer centraal en wordt er gebouwd aan één gemeenschappelijk doel: het ontzorgen van kleine ondernemingen op gebied van sociale wetgeving en loonverwerking. Jij zal verantwoordelijk worden voor deze loonverwerking, en waar nodig andere collega's ondersteunen in algemene HR-diensten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verzorgt de volledige personeels- en loonadministratie voor een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille
  • Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid ben je perfect in staat correcte lonen, vakantiegelden en eindejaarspremies te berekenen
  • Vanuit jouw expertise begeleid je klanten bij hun sociaal-juridische vraagstukken
  • Je fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met je klanten
  • Je leergierigheid zorgt ervoor dat je je sociaal-juridische kennis up-to-date houdt
  • Mede door jouw enthousiaste en professionele houding draag je bij aan de groei van de organisatie
  • Minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Bachelor Personeelswerk, Rechtspraktijk of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van diverse paritaire comités is een sterke troef
  • Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een professionele en klantgerichte instelling
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een fulltime functie (37 uren per week, vast uurrooster 08u30 - 16u30)
  • Nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit kenmerken jouw werkwijze
