Unique Antwerpen gaat op zoek naar een HR Administrator voor een logistiek bedrijf in de Haven van Antwerpen. Je staat in voor de hard HR en loonverwerking en werkt daarnaast mee aan HR-projecten en voorstellen, zoals bijvoorbeeld rond mobiliteitsvergoedingen.

Je taken:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse HR-administratie: contracten, personeelsdossiers, payroll, verlof, benefits en mobiliteit.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding en offboarding en beantwoordt HR-vragen van medewerkers en managers.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke en toegankelijke HR-communicatie en houdt HR-documentatie en systemen up-to-date.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren en efficiënter maken van HR-processen.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en werkt mee aan praktische HR-verbeterprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij opleidingen, employee benefits, leverancierscontacten en andere HR-initiatieven.
  • Je draagt mee bij aan een professionele en aangename werkomgeving.

Ze zoeken een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige HR-professional die graag ownership neemt en het overzicht bewaakt.

Je brengt mee:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een brede HR-rol
  • Ervaring met HR-administratie en payrollprocessen
  • Een gestructureerde en servicegerichte manier van werken
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Proactieve houding en oog voor procesverbetering
