Als Payroll Officer ben je een cruciale schakel binnen de HR‑afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een correcte loonverwerking en een vlotte administratieve opvolging doorheen hun volledige loopbaan binnen de organisatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van payrollgegevens, afwezigheden en thematische verloven.
  • Het beheren van personeelsdossiers, contracten en sociale documenten.
  • Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond loon, sociale wetgeving en HR‑administratie.
  • Het opvolgen van dossiers rond RVA, mutualiteiten en opleidingssubsidies.
  • Het opmaken van rapporteringen en analyses rond personeelskosten en budgetten.
  • Het bewaken van een correcte toepassing van arbeidswetgeving en interne procedures.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met het sociaal secretariaat en andere externe partners.
  • Het meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntiewinsten binnen payroll- en HR‑processen.

Must haves

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Minstens een eerste relevante ervaring (ongeveer 3 jaar) binnen payroll, personeelsadministratie of hard HR.
  • Sterke kennis van sociale wetgeving en loonverwerking.
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in het verwerken van vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Vlotte communicatiestijl en klantgerichte mindset.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met een sociaal secretariaat of payrollsoftware.
  • Kennis van subsidiëring, RVA‑dossiers of sectorale regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met rapportering, budgetopvolging of HR‑processen.
  • Interesse in procesverbetering en digitalisering.
