Voor een toonaangevende en stabiele organisatie in de regio Oostende zoekt Randstad momenteel een gedreven Payroll officer. . Met meer dan 100 medewerkers is onze klant een van de grotere en meest stabiele werkgevers in de regio.

Samen met de Head of HR vorm jij de ruggengraat van de HR-afdeling. Waar de Head of HR zich focust op het strategische beleid en de organisatieontwikkeling, ben jij de onmisbare specialist achter de schermen die zorgt dat de operationele basis perfect klopt. Van een foutloze loonverwerking tot een warm onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers: jij maakt het verschil.

1. Payroll & Personeelsadministratie

  • Loonverwerking: Je bereidt de loonadministratie voor arbeiders en bedienden voor en volgt deze nauwgezet op in nauwe samenwerking met het extern sociaal secretariaat.
  • Beheer van A tot Z: Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten, sociale documenten en attesten op en houdt de personeelsdossiers up-to-date.
  • Tijdsregistratie & Opvolging: Je controleert en verwerkt afwezigheden, verloven en tijdsregistraties.
  • Wetgeving: Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en interne HR-richtlijnen.

2. HR-Dienstverlening & Support

  • Aanspreekpunt: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen over loon, sociale wetgeving en administratie.
  • On- & Offboarding: Je coordineert de instroom en uitstroom van medewerkers en zorgt voor een professioneel onthaaltraject.
  • Brede ondersteuning: Je biedt administratieve hulp bij rekrutering, evaluaties en opleidingen.

3. Planning & Samenwerking

  • Uitzendkrachten: Je volgt de dagelijkse planning van de uitzendkrachten nauw op en onderhoudt hiervoor de contacten met de uitzendpartners en de interne operationele afdelingen.
  • Continuïteit: Je werkt nauw samen met de Head of HR. Jullie fungeren als back-up voor elkaar zodat de HR-dienstverlening altijd gegarandeerd blijft.
  • Procesverbetering: Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van administratieve workflows en HR-processen.
  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een bachelordiploma (HR, personeelswerk, bedrijfspsychologie) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen een HR- en payrollfunctie.
  • Kennis: Je beschikt over een stevige basiskennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving. Ervaring met payroll- en tijdsregistratiesystemen is een grote plus.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en bent van nature discreet en betrouwbaar.
  • Communicatie: Je bent communicatief vaardig en legt vlot contact met medewerkers op alle niveaus (van uitvoerend tot management).
  • Mentaliteit: Je hebt een hands-on instelling, kunt snel schakelen in een dynamische werkomgeving en denkt in oplossingen.
