Ter versterking van ons HR-team zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren Payroll Officer die ownership neemt over onze payroll en personeelsadministratie.

Jouw functie

Als Payroll Officer ben jij de spilfiguur binnen onze Hard HR. In nauwe samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat zorg je voor een correcte, tijdige en efficiënte loonverwerking en personeelsadministratie. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw HR-collega (verantwoordelijke Soft HR): samen vormen jullie een sterke tandem waarbij jullie het verschil maken. Je bent een hands-on HR-professional die dicht bij de business staat en je bent een echte sparringpartner voor het management. Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Payroll & administratie Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige loonsverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat Beheer van personeelsadministratie voor meerdere vennootschappen (samen ca 110 werknemers en een 40-tal uitzendkrachten) Werken binnen verschillende paritaire comités: PC 226, 200, 149.01 en 140.03 Nauwe samenwerking met de payroll consultant in Nederland op vlak van de personeelsadministratie voor onze Nederlandse collega’s.
  • HR-expertise & advisering De vertaalslag maken van complexe wetgeving naar praktische en begrijpbare oplossingen Verwerking/aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers rond thema’s zoals: Langdurige ziekte Re-integratie Tijdskrediet Ouderschapsverlof Advies verlenen aan het C-level m.b.t. sociale wetgeving
  • Systemen & opvolging Correcte parametrisatie van het tijdsregistratiesysteem en HR Self Service Opvolgen en controleren van wekelijkse tijdsregistraties (tikkingen) Voorbereiden van een foutloze loonrun binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines (betaalkalender) Controle van de validatielijsten
  • Samenwerking & rapportering Nauw samenwerken met je HR-collega (verantwoordelijke Soft HR) Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor Hard HR Communicatie met de finance-afdeling rond loonfacturatie en kostenplaatsen Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de CFO

Profiel

  • Ervaring met Syntegro (tijdsregistratie) en de Scentric payrollmodule vormt een mooie plus
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van Engels en Frans
  • We zoeken een ervaren en pragmatische HR-professional die energie haalt uit een analytische en adviesverlenende rol: Aantoonbare relevante ervaring van minstens 3 jaar als Payroll Officer bij een bedrijf of sociaal secretariaat Bachelor- of masterdiploma Uitstekende kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving Sterke kennis van payroll en tijdsregistratie Combinatie van een analytische mindset en een hands-on aanpak Down-to-earth, toegankelijk en communicatief sterk Gestructureerde en discrete werkstijl In staat om complexe materie helder uit te leggen aan medewerkers en management Autonoom kunnen werken en ownership opnemen In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
