Onze klant is een financieel gezonde en groeiende onderneming binnen de voedingssector. Kwaliteit, innovatie en een familiale werksfeer staan centraal. Om het HR-team verder te versterken, zijn zij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige Payroll Officer.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige loonadministratie van de arbeiders. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en ondersteunt het HR-team met een brede waaier aan administratieve taken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Correct en tijdig verwerken van de maandelijkse loonadministratie van arbeiders.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en payrollreglementering.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van gegevens uit het tijdsregistratiesysteem.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten.
  • Opvolgen van de volledige personeelsadministratie, waaronder afwezigheden, voorschotten, premies, tijdsregistratie en eindejaarspremies.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over loonbrieven, verlof, sociale documenten en loonadministratie.
  • Ondersteunen bij rapporteringen en HR-administratie.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties van HR-processen.
  • Meewerken aan HR-projecten en continue verbeteringen.
  • Bacheloropleiding in HR, personeelswerk of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en loonadministratie.
  • Ervaring met payrollsoftware.
  • Goede kennis van Excel.
  • Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Cijfermatig sterk en analytisch ingesteld.
  • Discreet en betrouwbaar in de omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgerichte houding en het vermogen om complexe loonmaterie helder uit te leggen aan medewerkers.
