Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Payroll Officer, die zich thuis voelt in een warme, diverse en professionele werkomgeving.

Samenvatting takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de loonverwerking, voor bedienden en arbeiders
  • Je beheert de personeelsadministratie van A tot Z (contracten, Dimona, verlof, ziekte, tijdsregistratie, enz.)
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over loon en administratie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het sociaal secretariaat en houdt dossiers up-to-date.
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties binnen HR- en payrollprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partner en de operaties, waarbij duidelijke communicatie essentieel is.
  • Je draagt bij aan een respectvolle en transparante werkcultuur.

Kort samengevat: een veelzijdige functie met impact, waarin nauwkeurigheid, mensgerichtheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

  • Je hebt min 3 jaar ervaring in payroll, ervaring binnen paritair comité 200 +121 is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau (ervaring is belangrijker dan diploma).
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Kennis van eBlox en/of Strobbo is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en met oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht en denkt analytisch.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan informatie duidelijk overbrengen.
  • Affiniteit met de facilitaire sector is een troef.
