The posting

En tant que Payroll Officer, vous serez le garant de la justesse et de la ponctualité de la paie pour nos clients. Votre mission consistera à assurer un service irréprochable et à devenir leur partenaire de confiance.

  • Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de paie (collecte des variables, calcul, contrôle et paiement) pour un portefeuille de clients.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel, de l'entrée à la sortie (contrats, avenants, déclarations Dimona, documents sociaux).
  • Garantir la conformité avec la législation sociale et fiscale belge en constante évolution.
  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour les collaborateurs de nos clients pour toute question relative à leur rémunération.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les secrétariats sociaux et optimiser les processus existants.

Pour exceller dans ce rôle et devenir un véritable pilier pour nos clients, vous devez posséder les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :

  • Un diplôme de type Bachelier, idéalement en Ressources Humaines, Comptabilité ou Droit.
  • Une expérience probante de 2 à 5 ans dans une fonction de gestionnaire de paie, de préférence dans un environnement multi-clients.
  • Une connaissance approfondie de la législation sociale belge.
  • Une maîtrise parfaite du français (courant) et une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais (avancé).
  • Une rigueur exemplaire, un sens du détail infaillible et une grande capacité d'organisation.
  • Discrétion absolue et sens aigu de la confidentialité.
  • Last but not least, un excellent sens du service et un esprit proactif.
