The posting

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de directies van onze 17 woonzorgcentra en assistentiewoningen bij al hun vragen over payroll en sociale wetgeving. Voor ons hoofdkantoor verzorg je zelf de volledige payroll. Je staat in voor de HR-rapportering voor de hele organisatie en zorgt voor een correct gebruik van onze belangrijkste HR-systemen. Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager en maakt deel uit van het HR-team op ons hoofdkantoor.

We vertrouwen je graag volgende taken toe:

Payroll hoofdkantoor: Je verzorgt zelf de volledige payroll voor de medewerkers van ons hoofdkantoor: van de registratie van prestaties en afwezigheden tot de controle van de loonberekening en de opvolging bij het sociaal secretariaat.

Aanspreekpunt payroll voor onze directies: De directies van onze woonzorgcentra registreren zelf de prestaties van hun team en bereiden zo de loonverwerking voor. Jij bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt: twijfelt een directeur over de verwerking van een tijdskrediet, een correctie na een foutief geregistreerde prestatie of een vraag van een medewerker over de loonbrief? Dan bellen ze jou. Jij kent de regels, zoekt uit wat nodig is en legt het helder uit. Je bent ook de vaste contactpersoon van ons sociaal secretariaat en bewaakt dat de lonen in de hele organisatie correct en op tijd worden uitbetaald.

Advies over sociale wetgeving: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over verlof, verloning, loopbaanonderbreking en andere HR-materies. Je vertaalt de regelgeving naar concrete, begrijpelijke antwoorden. Voor onze Vlaamse sites werk je hiervoor nauw samen met onze HR Business Partners.

HR-aanspreekpunt voor Brussel en Wallonië: Voor onze sites in Brussel en Wallonië ben jij het eerste HR-aanspreekpunt van de directies. Naast payroll en sociale wetgeving help je hen ook met bredere HR-vragen. Voor complexere dossiers kan je rapportering van onze HR-KPI’s op en doet voorstellen om ze te verbeteren. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met Finance en met de directies. Daarnaast maak je ad-hocrapporten bij operationele vragen.

Beheer HR-systemen: Je beheert onze HR-tools, waaronder onze loonmotor (eBlox) en planningstool (Toba-HR), in nauwe samenwerking met de providers. Daarnaast ondersteun je directies bij hun vragen.

Verbeteren van HR-processen: Je ondersteunt HR-projecten binnen deze domeinen en denkt mee over hoe onze HR-processen eenvoudiger en beter kunnen, zodat ze aansluiten bij de dagelijkse realiteit op de werkvloer.

Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol. Het precieze diploma is minder belangrijk dan je bachelor- of masterdenkniveau.

Je hebt een grondige kennis van payroll en sociale wetgeving. Je weet deze helder over te brengen.

Je hebt ervaring in de samenwerking met een sociaal secretariaat. Kennis van PC 330 en IFIC is een sterke troef, ervaring met eBlox of Toba-HR een plus.

Je bent sterk met cijfers, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.

Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.

Je werkt vlot met computersystemen en bent goed in Excel.

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en communiceert ook vlot in het Frans, mondeling en schriftelijk.
