Als Payroll & Service Officer ben jij dé spil in onze organisatie. Jij bent de vertrouwenspersoon voor onze uitzendkrachten, klanten én collega's. In deze afwisselende functie beheer je personeelsadministratie en payroll met oog voor detail en kwaliteit. Je draagt bij aan ons succes door nauwkeurig te werken, vragen te beantwoorden, en een betrouwbare service te bieden. Heb je affiniteit met cijfers, ben je klantgericht en werk je graag in teamverband? Dan willen we jou erbij hebben!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Personeelsadministratie en Loonverwerking: Jij zorgt ervoor dat lonen op tijd en correct worden betaald, contracten worden verlengd, en sociale documenten (zoals C4, C3.2, C131A/B) in orde zijn. Je volgt de sociale wetgeving op de voet, zodat wij steeds up-to-date zijn.
  • Klantenservice en Advies: Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor al onze interne en externe klanten. Of het nu gaat om vragen over loonadministratie, sociale wetgeving of facturatie, jij hebt het antwoord klaar! Je bouwt sterke relaties op met collega's en klanten en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van hun dossiers.
  • Kostenbeheer en Efficiëntie: Je analyseert en optimaliseert kosten, beheert correcties in facturen en maakt actieplannen in overleg met onze Branch Managers om de prestaties van onze diensten te verbeteren.
  • Informatie en Teamwerk: Jij deelt belangrijke updates over wetgeving en interne procedures met je collega's en springt bij waar nodig. Samen met het team zorgen jullie ervoor dat de administratie altijd vlot verloopt.

  • Bachelor-niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur met een focus op personeelsadministratie en/of dienstverlening.
  • Ervaring in personeelsadministratie of een commerciële functie is een pluspunt.
  • Bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B.
