Zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen klopt? Als Payroll Manager bij Wasco ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare en nauwkeurige salarisadministratie voor al onze werkmaatschappijen. Je werkt nauw samen met HR en Finance en bent een belangrijke schakel voor collega's met vragen over salaris en regelingen. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de migratie naar ons nieuwe payrollsysteem. Een mooie kans om processen te verbeteren én mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van onze organisatie. Als Payroll Manager zorg je dat de salarisadministratie voor onze organisatie correct, volledig en op tijd wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met HR en Finance, ondersteunt collega's bij vragen over salaris en regelingen en houdt overzicht over alle payrollprocessen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de overgang naar ons nieuwe payrollsysteem. - Verzorgen van een tijdige, correcte en volledige salarisadministratie voor alle werkmaatschappijen - Verwerken en controleren van mutaties en uitvoeren van salarisruns - Zorgdragen voor correcte afdrachten aan belastingdiensten en sociale verzekeringsinstanties - Beheren van pensioenregelingen, inkomensverzekeringen en fiscale uitruilregelingen - Opstellen ...
