Payroll & personeelsadministratie

  • Je staat in voor de volledige payrollverwerking in samenwerking met SD Worx (Eblox).
  • Je verwerkt gewerkte uren en afwezigheden via Protime.
  • Je houdt personeelsgegevens, looninformatie, transfers en loopbaanonderbrekingen correct en up-to-date.
  • Je volgt de nodige wettelijke en sociale verplichtingen op en zorgt voor een correcte administratie.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor payrollvragen.
  • Je analyseert payroll- en HR-KPI's en vertaalt cijfers naar relevante inzichten.

HR-projecten

  • Je brengt HR-noden en verbeterpunten in kaart en vertaalt deze naar concrete projecten.
  • Je werkt projectplannen uit en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget.
  • Je coördineert verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot vooruitgaan.
  • Je evalueert projecten en denkt actief mee over hoe HR-processen verder kunnen worden geoptimaliseerd.

Must haves

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma en minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in payroll.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel met cijfers, rapporteringen en KPI's.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en laat je niet uit het veld slaan wanneer er onverwacht iets op je pad komt.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met SD Worx, Protime en/of Eblox.
  • Ervaring met HR-projecten en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je hebt al gewerkt in een omgeving met verschillende vestigingen of een grotere medewerkerspopulatie.
