The posting

Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager en bent de inhoudelijke expert binnen Hard HR en combineert operationele payrollverantwoordelijkheid met verbeter- en implementatieprojecten.

Jouw taken:

  • Beheer van de loon- en personeelsadministratie van a tot z (eBlox), dit in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers rond payroll-gerelateerde vragen
  • Optimalisatie van processen rond payroll en tijdsregistratie (Protime)
  • Trekker van HR-projecten rond een correct loonbeleid, pay transparency, opzetten van een mobiliteitsbudget, harmonisatie van extralegale voordelen
  • Opmaak van HR-rapporteringen en deze vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten voor het management
  • Vanuit jouw expertise bouw je mee aan een uniform en toekomstgericht HR-beleid

Je bent een payroll specialist die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, kritisch meedenkt en energie haalt uit zowel beheer van de operationele payroll als verbeteringsprojecten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met meerdere jaren ervaring in payroll en hard HR
  • Goede kennis van sociale wetgeving
  • Ervaring met verschillende paritaire comités
  • Kennis van eBlox en/of Protime is een pluspunt
  • Vlot PC-vaardig, met een gevorderde kennis van Excel (draaitabellen)
  • Goed georganiseerd en nauwgezet
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en initiatiefnemer, oog voor efficiëntie
  • Ervaring in het uitwerken van hard HR-projecten
  • Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans.
