En complexe payrollvraagstukken waar jij je tanden in kunt zetten. Dat is waar jij goed in bent. Voor Pay-Check in Houten zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll Specialist. We staan open voor zowel een medior als senior professional. Het belangrijkste is niet hoeveel jaar ervaring er precies op je cv staat, maar wat je meebrengt, hoeveel verantwoordelijkheid je kunt pakken en waar je naartoe wilt. Bij Pay-Check krijg je eigen klanten, veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent niet alleen degene die de salarisrun draait, maar een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt dat klanten adviseert en meedenkt. Je kent je klanten, begrijpt hun organisatie en weet wat er speelt. Daardoor kun je signaleren wanneer iets niet klopt, uitleggen wat de gevolgen zijn van veranderende wet- en regelgeving en klanten adviseren over payrollvraagstukken. Je krijgt bij ons dan ook verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op ervaren collega's. We delen kennis, helpen elkaar verder en houden de lijnen kort. Pay-Check maakt sinds 2025 onderdeel uit van VCSW, een groeiende organisatie binnen de financiële dienstverlening. Daardoor combineren we de persoonlijke aanpak van een gespecialiseerd payrollbedrijf met de kennis, technologie en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van een groeiende organisatie.
