Mein Kunde ist ein innovatives Dienstleistungsunternehmen, das anspruchsvolle Projekte im technischen und kreativen Umfeld realisiert. Für die Betreuung der Payroll von rund 150 Mitarbeitenden wird ein Senior Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) ab 30 Wochenstunden gesucht, der Verantwortung übernimmt und mit seiner Expertise eine zuverlässige und effiziente Lohnverrechnung sicherstellt. 1 Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

* Übernahme der Payroll vom externen Steuerberater und Implementierung im Unternehmen

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft

* Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Abrechnung

* Pflege der Personalstammdaten in BMD NTCS

* Abwicklung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Vertragsänderungen

* Bearbeitung von Sonderfällen wie Krankenständen, Karenzen, Pfändungen und Altersteilzeit

* Kommunikation und Meldungen an Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträger

* Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Abrechnungsunterlagen

* Beobachtung gesetzlicher, kollektivvertraglicher und steuerrechtlicher Änderungen

* Laufende Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse

Dein Profil:

* fundierte, einschlägige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Personalverrechnung

* Abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Sehr gute BMD-NTCS-Kenntnisse und fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

* Freude an Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Diskretion

* Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Gestaltungswillen

* fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
