ZiZoo Computer & Multimediacenter is een dynamische keten die zich richt op verkoop maar vooral de kwalitatieve dienst na verkoop van alle merken pc’s, randapparatuur, smartphones en tablets. Een gemotiveerd team van verkopers en techniekers staat altijd klaar om de klant wegwijs te helpen bij de aankoop en de correcte opvolging bij technische problemen te verzorgen. ZiZoo is de referentie in Limburg voor het herstellen van alle merken smartphones binnen de 24h. Ook doorgedreven elektronica reparaties aan smartphones, pc’s en spelconsoles zijn geen probleem voor ons.

De sfeer is jong, dynamisch en vriendschappelijk en ieder krijgt het vertrouwen om de praktische kant van zijn of haar functie zelf te organiseren en hiervoor ook de verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. In onze dynamische en professionele organisatie is er ruimte voor initiatief en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Als gemotiveerde PC-GSM technicus ben je uitstekend op de hoogte van PC desktops en laptops, Smartphones, multimedia hardware en software, en applicaties. Herstellingen en assemblage van pc’s en smartphones schrikken je niet af. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van herstellingen bij leveranciers. Je zal de klanten telefonisch of ter plaatse bijstaan bij hun vragen over hun apparatuur en software. Daarnaast zal je in de winkel commercieel meewerken en de problemen van klanten proactief analyseren en hun adviseren.

Verwacht:

De ideale kandidaat voldoet aan het volgende profiel: Je beschikt over de juiste ervaring en/of motivatie en je bent enthousiast en gedreven. Je bent flexibel ingesteld. Je beschikt over communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden en bent commercieel ingesteld. Je bent resultaatgericht, analytisch en representatief. Je hebt een gedegen kennis maar vooral passie voor computers, smartphones en multimedia.

Je werkt analytisch en met grote zorg voor detail

Ervaring is een pluspunt maar geen must

U houd uw multimedia en technische kennis up-to-date

Je bent het go-to aanspreekpunt voor je familie en vrienden als het op IT of GSM problemen aankomt

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs type B want je moet je kunnen verplaatsen naar klanten, leveranciers of andere filialen.

Ervaring in de verkoop of aangeboren commerciële feeling is een pluspunt maar geen must.

Je vindt weekendwerk (zaterdag) geen probleem.
