Over de functie Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en bewaken van diverse soldeermachines binnen het PCB-productieproces (wave, selective en multiwave soldering). Je zorgt voor een stabiel en kwalitatief hoogwaardig productieproces en grijpt in waar nodig om storingen of afwijkingen op te lossen. - Bedienen en monitoren van PCB-soldeermachines - Instellen van procesparameters (temperatuur, snelheid, profiel) - Programmeren en aanpassen van productie-instellingen - Uitvoeren van visuele en technische kwaliteitscontroles - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen in het proces - Uitvoeren van basis onderhoud en reiniging van machines - Waarborgen van productkwaliteit volgens geldende normen - Samenwerken met productie- en kwaliteitsafdelingen - Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie Dagdienst van 7:00 - 16:00 Over het bedrijf Onze opdrachtgever is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en assembleren van industriële elektronica en is gevestigd in Rotterdam. Binnen de organisatie werken circa 100 medewerkers verdeeld over verschillende afdelingen.
