Voor een langdurige freelanceopdracht binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een PCS 7 Automation Engineer.

Je ondersteunt het dagelijkse beheer en de verdere optimalisatie van bestaande automatisatiesystemen. De opdracht combineert operationele ondersteuning, troubleshooting, kleine wijzigingen, technische analyses en projectmatige verbeteringen.

We staan open voor zowel een medior engineer met een sterke technische basis als een ervaren specialist die zelfstandig complexe vraagstukken kan opnemen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Ondersteunen van productie en technische diensten bij storingen en automatisatieproblemen
  • Uitvoeren van troubleshooting en _oot cause-analyses
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen in processen, systemen en meetwaarden
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van kleine wijzigingen en optimalisaties
  • Inschatten van de technische en operationele impact van wijzigingen
  • Ondersteunen bij systeemupdates, preventief onderhoud en performance monitoring
  • Technisch uitklaren van scopevragen voor verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten
  • Deelnemen aan technische meetings en afstemmen met productie, engineering, maintenance en quality
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van technische documentatie, procedures en rapportages
  • Ondersteunen bij testactiviteiten, waaronder FAT, SAT, testprotocollen en testrapporten
  • Bewaken van een correcte overdracht en borging van technische kennis
  • Adviseren over technische risico’s, prioriteiten en mogelijke verbeteracties

Afhankelijk van je ervaring neem je zelfstandig grotere technische vraagstukken op of groei je binnen de opdracht verder in verantwoordelijkheid

  • Ervaring met Siemens PCS 7 binnen een industriële of productiegerichte omgeving
  • Goede basiskennis van industriële automatisatie en procesbesturing
  • Ervaring met troubleshooting en het analyseren van bestaande installaties
  • Je begrijpt de samenhang tussen verschillende systemen en installaties
  • Ervaring binnen een gereguleerde omgeving, zoals Life Sciences, farma, voeding of chemie, is een sterke troef
  • Kennis van impactanalyses, change control, validatie of FAT/SAT is een pluspunt
  • Je kan technische vragen vertalen naar een duidelijke scope en uitvoerbare acties
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd met aandacht voor documentatie en opvolging
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als operationele stakeholders
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar stemt actief af met het bredere project- en supportteam
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands

Zowel kandidaten met enkele jaren relevante PCS 7-ervaring als ervaren automation experts komen in aanmerking.
