The posting

We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist to join our team in Bratislava. You will assist international customers with billing matters and coordinate their requests with Finance, Sales, Account Management, and technical departments.

Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries through tickets and live chat in Russian and English. Process requests involving invoices, payments, refunds, credits, and account balances. Investigate billing discrepancies and provide customers with clear explanations. Prepare contracts and coordinate the signing process. Work with billing, invoicing, CRM, and ticketing systems. Verify the accuracy of customer and payment information. Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams. Create and update internal and customer-facing instructions.

Requirements At least two years of experience in billing, customer support, financial operations, or a similar role. Understanding of invoicing, payments, refunds, and basic account reconciliation. Experience working with CRM, ticketing, billing, or financial systems. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Ability to investigate discrepancies and manage several requests simultaneously. Professional written and verbal communication skills. English at Intermediate level or higher. Fluent Russian for communication with customers and colleagues. Interest in technology and willingness to learn about hosting and cloud services.

Nice to have Experience in hosting, cloud, telecommunications, SaaS, or subscription services. Familiarity with international payments and recurring billing. Basic knowledge of accounting or contract administration. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
