Plánovanie, realizácia a riadenie výskumných projektov s využitím dátovej platformy na poskytovanie praktických a využiteľných poznatkov. Navrhovanie a dohľad nad kvantitatívnymi a kvalitatívnymi prieskumami trhu, zabezpečenie presnosti a spoľahlivosti dotazníkov a ankiet. Vykonávanie štatistických analýz surových dátových súborov, korelácia výsledkov, identifikácia trendov a spracovanie analýz do jasných, štruktúrovaných správ. Samostatné navrhovanie a spolupráca so špecialistami na vizualizáciu dát pri prezentácii poznatkov prostredníctvom interaktívnych grafov a infografík. Riadenie zdrojov, časových harmonogramov a rozpočtov projektov s cieľom zabezpečiť efektivitu a včasné dodanie výstupov. Zastupovanie pozície hlavného kontaktného bodu pre klienta, riešenie výskumných požiadaviek a poskytovanie priebežných dátovo podložených poznatkov a správ o stave projektu. Odborné vedenie klientov pri využívaní dátovej platformy a zabezpečenie maximálneho využitia jej potenciálu. Školenie a mentoring juniorných kolegov, podpora ich profesionálneho rozvoja a zvyšovanie výskumných zručností. Zabezpečenie kvality a presnosti výstupov výskumu prostredníctvom dôkladných kontrol a validácie. Príspevok k rozvoju výskumných stratégií a identifikácia príležitostí na zlepšenie poskytovaných služieb. Poskytovanie podpory a odborného poradenstva v rámci oddelenia, ako aj sprostredkovanie informácií medzi jednotlivými tímami. Navrhovanie nových postupov a vývoj modelov na ich štandardizáciu a zefektívnenie. Reprezentácia spoločnosti na odborných podujatiach, komunikácia s klientmi a partnermi s cieľom posilniť značku. Spolupráca naprieč oddeleniami, poskytovanie výskumnej podpory marketingovému, obchodnému a ďalším tímom.
