Nástup možný aj skôr. Skúsený tím a štruktúra: Práca prebieha v zabehnutom tíme s jasne nastavenou štruktúrou, popísanými štandardmi práce a overenou metodikou. Párová práca: Dennú starostlivosť o skupinu zabezpečujú 2 vychovávatelia súčasne. Kapacita: Maximálna kapacita výchovnej skupiny je 10 detí.

Prevádzka a plánovanie zmien: Nepretržitá 24/7 prevádzka (zmenná prevádzka vrátane denných a nočných zmien, víkendov a sviatkov). Plán zmien je známy na celý rok dopredu, čo vám umožní pohodlne si plánovať osobný život. (V prípade PN, či nečakaných výpadkov kolegov sa zmeny zastupujú operatívne po vzájomnej dohode).

Náplň práce: Priama výchovná činnosť zameraná na všestranný rozvoj detí umiestnených v DKC Náruč. Vykonávanie výchovnej činnosti podľa individuálneho plánu rozvoja dieťaťa a aplikácia špeciálno-pedagogických a výchovných postupov. Vytváranie bezpečného, podnetného a štruktúrovaného prostredia vrátane denného režimu a prípravy detí na školské vyučovanie. Príprava stravy spolu s deťmi a vedenie detí k základným sebaobslužným a praktickým životným zručnostiam. Organizovanie voľnočasových, záujmových a športových aktivít pre deti. Zabezpečovanie nočnej služby a dohľad nad bezpečnosťou detí počas nočného pokoja. Spolupráca v odbornom tíme (s psychológmi a sociálnymi pracovníkmi DKC Náruč) pri realizácii a vyhodnocovaní výchovných postupov a plánovaní ďalších opatrení pre dieťa. Sprevádzanie detí do školy, ...
