The posting

De pedagogisch begeleider staat, via coaching op de werkvloer, in voor ondersteuning van kinderbegeleiders en/of onthaalouders(-werknemers) bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een optimaal pedagogisch beleid en aanzet tot verdere ontwikkeling van zelfsturing, motivatie en professionaliteit.

Een pedagogisch begeleider heeft volgende taken:

  • ondersteuning bieden aan kinderbegeleiders en/of onthaalouders(-wn) via coaching op de werkvloersamenwerken in de dagelijkse werking, naar zowel ouders als kinderen toe noden en behoeften detecteren observeren van interacties om van daaruit actief aan de slag te gaan uitvoeren van actieplan tijdens het coachen intens meedraaien in de werking om zo maximaal te kunnen aansluiten bij de gebruikte methodieken/werkwijzen opvolgen, bijsturen en evalueren van het coachingtraject vormingsmomenten en lerende netwerken voorbereiden en begeleiden
  • meewerken aan interne kwaliteitszorgregelgeving en actualiteit m.b.t. pedagogische werking opvolgen en vertalen naar kinderopvanginitiatieven werkinstrumenten en methodieken uitdenken en ontwikkelen evenals werken met onderbouwde coachingsmodellen meewerken aan het opstellen van het jaaractieplan en evaluatie van de werking deelname aan relevante vormingen en studiedagenondersteuning bieden aan (toekomstige) kinderbegeleiders bij hun kwalificerend traject
  • opvolgen van alle trajecten van cursisten (toekomstige) kinderbegeleiders uitstippelen van een individueel leertraject voor elke cursistcoachingsmomenten op maat van elke cursist voorbereiden, uitvoeren op de werkvloer en evalueren begeleiden bij werkplekleren, stages, opleiding of het assessmenttraject van de cursist administratie voor de scholen van de cursist het uitbouwen van een netwerk, waarbij je de brug vormt tussen de cursist en de school.
  • de structurele werking helpen optimaliserendeelnemen aan interne/externe overlegmomenten opvolgen administratie en registratie samenwerken met collega-pedagogisch begeleiders, pedagogisch coaches en andere partners
  • Diploma: Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor pedagogie van het jonge kind, orthopedagogie, kleuteronderwijs of een (academische) bachelor pedagogische of psychologische wetenschappen.
  • Kennis van de belangrijkste pedagogische en psychologische principes m.b.t. het kind is een vereiste.
  • Kennis over kinderopvang is een sterke troef.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de belangrijkste MS Office toepassingen.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende gesprekstechnieken om gesprekken te voeren rond opvoeding gerelateerde thema’s.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend.
  • Je staat open voor occasioneel avondwerk (vormingen, lezingen geven).
  • Je beschikt over een eigen wagen en kan je flexibel opstellen naar verplaatsingen in de werkregio Oost-Vlaanderen en 1x/maand naar Zwijnaarde (ikv overleg).
