pedagogisch behandelaar 14 uur, parttime Stap in de wereld van jonge kinderen met een taalontwikkelingsstoornis (TOS) en maak als pedagogisch behandelaar in Emmen elke dag zichtbaar verschil in hun taal, spel en ontwikkeling. met wie werk je? Als pedagogisch behandelaar bij Kentalis in Emmen werk je met kinderen van 2 tot 5 jaar met een (vermoeden van) taalontwikkelingsstoornis (TOS). Je gaat aan de slag met kinderen die grote moeite hebben met het begrijpen en/of spreken van taal. Samen met collega's help je hen om beter te communiceren, samen te spelen en zich te ontwikkelen. Met jouw creativiteit en inlevingsvermogen sluit je aan bij wat ieder kind nodig heeft om stappen vooruit te zetten. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van specialisten dat zich iedere dag inzet voor de beste behandeling. Ervaring met TOS is niet nodig. Heb jij de nieuwsgierigheid en motivatie om deze kinderen écht te begrijpen? Dan krijg je bij Kentalis alle ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Deze functie wordt tijdelijk ingezet als extra bezetting binnen het team. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen op de groep werkt, maar juist ook ruimte hebt voor aanvullende werkzaamheden naast de groep. Je observeert, denkt mee over de inhoud van behandelingen, ondersteunt collega's en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van de behandeling. Hierdoor heb je een afwisselende functie waarin het directe contact met kinderen wordt gecombineerd met overstijgende werkzaamheden binnen het team. waar kom je te werken? Op de locatie kentalis taaltrein emmen ben je onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit een logopedist, pedagogisch behandelaar, behandelcoördinator en gezinsbegeleider.
