The posting

Als pedagogisch en beleidsverantwoordelijke neem je een voortrekkersrol op binnen onze kinderopvanginitatieven in de regio Vilvoorde-Machelen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen: je stemt voortdurend af met de teamleider en je collega’s van de beleidscel. Hiervoor ben je wekelijks minimaal één keer werkzaam vanuit ons hoofdkantoor te Asse.

Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

· Beleid mee vormgeeft en vertaalt naar de praktijk Je denkt mee over het pedagogisch en organisatorisch beleid en zorgt ervoor dat dit duidelijk, haalbaar en gedragen is op de werkvloer.

· Helikopterzicht bewaart Je overziet meerdere opvanginitiatieven tegelijk, detecteert patronen en noden en onderneemt actie om de kwaliteit van de werking continu te verbeteren.

· Pedagogische kwaliteit bewaakt en versterkt Je observeert, analyseert en stuurt bij waar nodig, steeds met het welbevinden en de ontwikkeling van kinderen als kompas.

· Veiligheid, welbevinden en klachtenbehandeling opvolgt Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, handelt zorgvuldig en communiceert transparant bij vragen, signalen of klachten.

· Je coacht de teamcoördinator Samen met de coördinator organiseer je zowel extern overleg met partners als intern overleg, luistert actief, geeft duidelijke feedback en durft bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is.

· Planmatig werkt Je maakt het jaaractieplan en vormingsplan mee op, volgt ze nauwgezet op en stuurt bij op basis van evaluatie en concrete observaties.

· Je blijft flexibel in een veranderende context en houdt het grotere geheel voor ogen.
