Pedagogisch beleid komt pas écht tot leven wanneer ouders zich betrokken voelen en gezinnen zich gehoord weten.

  • graag bruggen bouwt tussen medewerkers, opvang en gezin
  • medewerkers kan begeleiden, adviseren en ondersteunen
  • pedagogisch beleid kan vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk, op maat van kinderen, ouders en collega’s
  • energie haalt uit ouderbetrokkenheid en warme, duidelijke communicatie
  • signalen van gezinnen en medewerkers ziet én omzet in concrete acties
  • mee structuur, tools en teksten ontwikkelt die pedagogisch werken ondersteunen
  • graag samenwerkt en houdt van afstemming en organisatie
  • wil meewerken aan kwaliteit, inclusie en gezinsgericht werken

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een pedagogische / psychologische richting (orthopedagogie, sociaal werk, gezinswetenschappen, …).
  • Je denkt beleidsmatig en analytisch, maar verliest de praktijk nooit uit het oog.
  • Je communiceert warm, duidelijk, verbindend en vlot met ouders, collega’s en leidinggevenden.
  • Je werkt planmatig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je kan omgaan met diverse perspectieven en voelt je comfortabel in verandering.
  • Je bent creatief in het zoeken naar gedragen en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig binnen afgesproken beleidskaders en stemt regelmatig af met collega’s.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in onze kinderdagverblijven te Bornem (Kabouterland, 't Kapoentje) en bent bereid om je uitzonderlijk te verplaatsen naar onze kinderdagverblijven te Willebroek.
  • Je rapporteert aan de directeur van het kinderdagverblijf.
