Wil je het beste naar boven halen bij de begeleiders, hen motiveren en coachen? Zie je groeikansen en talenten bij anderen en wil je daarmee, samen met kinderbegeleiders, aan de slag om zo een kwaliteitsvolle warme opvang te realiseren waar ieder kind maar ook de ouder zich welkom voelt?

Ben je een empathische, resultaatgerichte en communicatieve bruggenbouwer die beschikt over een stevige portie doorzettingsvermogen en het nodige enthousiasme? Ga je geen uitdaging uit de weg en ben je een echte teamplayer?

Dan ben je de perfecte collega om ons team te versterken!

  • Je bent in bezit van minimum een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur een opleiding pedagogie van het jonge kind, kleuter- en lager onderwijs, orthopedagogie, sociaal werk, toegepaste psychologie of pedagogische of agogische wetenschappen.
  • Je vertoont een gedrag dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de functie waarvoor je solliciteert (uittreksel uit het strafregister - model 2 - kinderopvang).
  • Je hebt competenties of ervaring op pedagogisch vlak (inzake kinderopvang).
  • Je kan motiveren en oplossingsgericht coachen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, een initiatiefnemer en bekwaam in de uitwerking en uitvoering van projecten.
  • Je bent een echte doorzetter.
  • Je hebt vlotte communicatieve en educatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent creatief, enthousiast, gedreven en een teamplayer.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Alle vakjes van het functieprofiel kan je afvinken of je wil er maar al te graag in bijleren.
