Het betreft een tijdelijke functie van 36 uur per week tot en met december. Dinsdag is een vaste werkdag in verband met teamoverleg. Daarnaast kom je één keer per zes weken naar ons hoofdkantoor in Maarssen (Bisonspoor) voor overleg met je collega-pedagogisch coaches. Jouw werkzaamheden - Coachen en begeleiden van pedagogisch professionals. - Observeren, feedback geven en ontwikkelgesprekken voeren. - Opstellen en uitvoeren van coachplannen. - Adviseren van locatiemanagers over pedagogische vraagstukken. - Meewerken op de groep (circa 15% van je contract). - Bijdragen aan de pedagogische kwaliteit van onze kinderopvang. - Deelnemen aan teamoverleggen in Maarssen (1x per 6 weken).
