Je bent veel op de locaties aanwezig, observeert in de praktijk en helpt medewerkers om hun pedagogisch handelen verder te ontwikkelen. Je coacht medewerkers individueel en in teamverband, geeft praktische feedback en weet pedagogisch beleid te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Omdat je op meerdere locaties werkt, krijg je te maken met verschillende teams en dynamieken. Jij weet makkelijk verbinding te maken en past jouw manier van coachen aan op wat een medewerker of team nodig heeft. Jouw werkzaamheden - Coachen en begeleiden van pedagogisch professionals op verschillende kinderopvanglocaties; - Observeren op de groep en geven van praktische en ontwikkelingsgerichte feedback; - Opstellen en uitvoeren van coachplannen; - Begeleiden van medewerkers die werken met VE; - Adviseren van locatiemanagers en teams over pedagogische vraagstukken; - Vertalen van pedagogisch beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk; - Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en borging van VE; - Signaleren waar extra begeleiding of ontwikkeling nodig is. In deze functie hoef je niet mee te werken op de groep . Je richt je volledig op jouw rol als pedagogisch coach.
