In deze functie ben jij de spin in het web. Samen met je collega zorg je voor onze leerlingen, onze medewerkers en ons gebouw. Je bent zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar. Je kent de leerlingen, weet wat er speelt en voelt aan wat nodig is. Je biedt een luisterend oor waar nodig en spreekt leerlingen met natuurlijk gezag aan wanneer dat moet. Je bent flexibel, praktisch ingesteld en houdt van werken met jongeren. Je denkt mee over de inrichting en het gebruik van ons gebouw en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, prettige en goed georganiseerde leeromgeving. Wil jij meebouwen aan een jonge school die volop in ontwikkeling is? Werk je graag in een hecht team en neem je verantwoordelijkheid met energie en betrokkenheid? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw plek.
