  • Als lid van het directieteam geef je leiding aan het pedagogische beleid van MFC Styrka. In samenspraak met je collega-directieleden draag je ook bij aan andere beleidsdomeinen. Je vertaalt de visie van de organisatie naar kwaliteitsvolle, vraaggestuurde ondersteuning voor kinderen en jongeren met een beperking en hun context. Daarbij zet je jouw kennis van relevante methodieken en pedagogische kaders om in een sterke dagelijkse werking.
  • Met een mensgerichte en dienende leiderschapsstijl geef je richting aan medewerkers, stimuleer je hun ontwikkeling en creëer je een omgeving waarin samenwerking en eigenaarschap centraal staan. Vanuit jouw expertise versterk je bovendien de verbinding tussen onderwijs en welzijn. Je bouwt mee aan efficiënte, innovatieve en toekomstgerichte processen en structuren die de organisatie duurzaam vooruithelpen. Je neemt je team mee in het lopende veranderingstraject waarin we samen met KOC Gregorius één grote Gentse regio vormen. Je creëert draagvlak en begeleidt medewerkers bij deze verandering.
  • Je combineert verantwoordelijkheidszin met flexibiliteit, besluitvaardigheid en resultaatgerichtheid. Zo inspireer je teams, breng je mensen en ideeën samen en realiseer je blijvende resultaten.
