Als pedagogisch directeur:

  • maak je deel uit van het directieteam van de basisscholen Sint-Gerolf Merendree, Taborschool Lotenhulle en Sint-Vincentius Nevele en draag je samen de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het beleid en de dagelijkse werking van de basisscholen;
  • geef je leiding vanuit gedeeld leiderschap, met ruimte voor overleg, dialoog en participatie;
  • neem je de verdere ontwikkeling van het onderwijs binnen de basisscholen op, met aansturing van de kleuterteams;
  • zet je in op krachtige, ontwikkelingsgerichte leer- en onderwijsomgevingen voor alle leerlingen;
  • begeleid en ondersteun je teams in pedagogische en didactische vernieuwing, met aandacht voor zorg, differentiatie en leerresultaten;
  • werk je actief mee aan beleidsvoorbereiding, -uitvoering en -evaluatie;
  • bouw je mee aan een leerlinggerichte schoolcultuur met sterke focus op welbevinden en onderwijskwaliteit;
  • werk je constructief samen met collega-directeurs, clusterpartners, algemene directie, schoolbestuur en externe partners.
  • Je herkent je in de waardegedreven en christelijk geïnspireerde missie, engagementsverklaring en tekst over de grondstroom van vzw Evara en je wenst je in deze geest in te zetten en te profileren. (www.evara.be);
  • Je kijkt met een open en toekomstgerichte blik naar onderwijs;
