Het contact met ouders/verzorgers is oprecht en puur. Ouders zien hun kind stralen en tot bloei komen bij Tjil!. Als de kinderen het naar hun zin hebben, dan hebben wij dat ook. Binnen Tjil! werken wij vanuit onze 4 kernwaarden: funfactor, ontzorgen, betrokken en kansen creëren. Samen met de ouders halen we het beste uit het kind naar boven. Wat ga je doen in deze functie? Als invalskracht is geen dag hetzelfde. Je wordt breed ingezet bij al onze locaties. Je werkt verschillend met de leeftijden van 0 tot en met 12 jaar. Het werken op vaste dagen is bespreekbaar. Je zorgt voor de funfactor voor de kinderen, het ontzorgen van de ouders maar ook het ontzorgen van je collega's. Wie ben je? Je houdt van afwisseling in je werk. Je bent onder andere integer, attent, ondernemend, flexibel, creatief en natuurlijk zorgzaam. Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal Pedagogisch Medewerker kinderopvang niveau 3. Je bent in het bezit van een Nederlands 3F certificaat. Bij voorkeur heb je een VVE certificaat en/of certificaat babyspecialisme.
