Je begeleidt kinderen van verschillende leeftijden en bedenkt leuke en creatieve activiteiten. Je springt op deze locatie bij waar het nodig is, waardoor je veel verschillende groepen en werkwijzen leert kennen. Dat betekent dat je zowel op het kinderdagverblijf, de peuteropvang en de BSO komt te werken. Natuurlijk is geen kind hetzelfde. En daarom ben jij zo belangrijk: jij kijkt per kind per dag wat nodig is. Zodat zij het mooiste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. Omdat je ervaring op kan doen binnen alle werksoorten van de kinderopvang en leeftijden tussen de 0 en 12 jaar. Je hebt hierdoor veel afwisseling én wel een vast team. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? We zoeken iemand die flexibel, enthousiast en nieuwsgierig is. Jij ziet waar een kind behoefte aan heeft en weet hoe je een omgeving creëert waarin ze optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Natuurlijk heb je het juiste diploma, voldoe je aan de taaleis en heb je een VOG. Als pedagogisch medewerker werk je in verschillende teams op onze locatie. We zorgen samen voor een fijne werksfeer waarin iedereen zich welkom en gewaardeerd voelt. Waar kom je te werken? Je gaat aan de slag op IKC De Entree, gevestigd in Zoetermeer, Meerzicht. Bij voorkeur 27 uur verdeeld over 3 of 4 dagen. De donderdag is een pré. Mochten we je op een andere locatie binnen Zoetermeer harder kunnen gebruiken, dan mag je ook een enkele keer op een andere locatie aan de slag. - Salaris natuurlijk.
