Bouw mee aan de toekomst van de allerkleinsten als pedagogisch medewerker in Zutphen op het kinderdagverblijf. Bij deze gezellige opvanglocatie draait alles om groei, werkplezier en geloof. Er wordt gewerkt vanuit een christelijke overtuiging waarbij oprechte aandacht voor elkaar centraal staat. Je gaat per direct aan de slag voor 35,5 uur per week, verdeeld over 4 vaste werkdagen (maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag). Woensdag en het weekend ben je standaard vrij! Je krijgt direct een uitstekend salaris tot € 3.630,- bruto (o.b.v. 36 uur) en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. De sfeer op de groep is energiek en warm. Binnen deze veelzijdige rol krijg je de ruimte om je expertise in te zetten voor baby's en peuters. De stichting investeert bovendien fors in jouw ontwikkeling met een gerichte VE- en babytraining. Jouw werkrooster : Wat worden jouw taken? - Scheppen van een veilige, huiselijke en christelijke basis op de groep; - Stimuleren van baby's en peuters om de wereld te ontdekken; - Uitdragen van christelijke normen en waarden in het dagelijks contact met kinderen en ouders; - Uitvoeren van het gerichte VE-programma voor extra ontwikkelingssteun; - Overleggen met ouders en het goed afstemmen van de zorg; - Organiseren van creatieve en actieve spelletjes met je team.
