Als pedagogisch professional bij Prokino Kinderopvang bied jij kinderen een fijne, veilige plek om hun dag door te brengen. Spelenderwijs maken zij hier hun eerste cruciale ontwikkeling door. En daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in want gewoon goede opvang is niet gewoon, dat is uniek. Jij zorgt voor die glimlach op hun gezicht, en zij bezorgen jou een goede dag! Samen met je collega's vang je de kinderen in een KDV, POV en BSO groep op bij Prokino Juultje Krabbendijke. Hier kunnen ze onbevangen spelen of juist helemaal tot rust komen. Bij Prokino staan we elke dag klaar voor de kinderen én voor elkaar. Als team vinden wij namelijk samen leren en plezier maken het allerbelangrijkste. We werken samen met basisshool de Zevensprong en gaan 2 ochtenden met een groepje peuters meedraaien bij de kleuters. De BSO kinderen spelen heerlijk op het plein van de school en doen activiteiten uit DoenKids. Op de dagopvang volgen we zo veel mogelijk het ritme van de kinderen zelf en wisselen we activiteiten binnen af met buiten spelen en rust momenten. Dit ga je doen Als pedagogisch medewerker maak je het mogelijk dat kinderen in een warme en veilige omgeving kunnen spelen, leren en groeien. Jouw deskundigheid als pedagogisch professional is hierbij van groot belang! Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de kinderen die aan jou zijn toevertrouwd. Je creëert een omgeving waarin ze zich veilig en op hun gemak voelen, waar ze zichzelf kunnen zijn en waar ze kunnen ontwikkelen.
