Begeleid peuters in hun ontwikkeling & verdien tot 3.630,- bruto p/m. Wat ga je doen? Zoek jij een betekenisvolle pedagogische rol waarin je echt het verschil maakt in de vroegkinderlijke ontwikkeling? Voor een kinderdagverblijf in Zutphen zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven pedagogisch medewerker die de VE-groep (Voorschoolse Educatie) op de vrijdag komt versterken. Op de groep in Zutphen bieden we als pedagogisch medewerker peuters van 2 tot 4 jaar een fijn dagprogramma aan. Er wordt hierbij gewerkt met de VE-methode Reggio. Door de inzet van deze creatieve en ontdekkende methode help je kinderen om op een speelse manier een stevige basis te leggen voor de basisschool. Omdat de opvang het hele jaar doorgaat, kun je rekenen op een stabiele werkplek met vaste uren op de vrijdag. Je komt te werken in een collegiaal team waarin oog is voor jouw persoonlijke groei en waarin je nauw samenwerkt met een pedagogisch coach. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Op de vrijdag start je de dag met het voorbereiden van het dagprogramma. Je neemt de kinderen mee in vaste dagelijkse gewoontes, ontdekkende activiteiten en uitdagend spel. Je kijkt goed naar wat elk kind kan en past je hulp aan op wat een peuter nodig heeft. Aan het einde van de dag geef je de ouders een korte overdracht over hoe het ging en wat hun kind die dag heeft ontdekt. Verder hou je de speelruimte samen met je collega's opgeruimd en veilig. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een enthousiaste en geduldige pedagogische kracht met een warm hart voor kinderen. Je beschikt over een kwalificerend mbo-4 of hbo-diploma, zoals Pedagogisch Medewerker of PABO. Je communiceert helder, weet oprechte aandacht te geven aan ieder kind en bent beschikbaar op de vrijdag.
