Yadeborg is een zelfstandige, flexibele en waarden gedreven organisatie, die de voorwaarden schept om met name alleenstaande minderjarige vluchtelingen (AMV) en slachtoffers van mensenhandel een veilige basis te bieden. Dit zodat ze in een veilige omgeving kunnen groeien, leren en ontwikkelen tot evenwichtige, zelfstandige wereldburgers. Yadeborg biedt de opvang en begeleiding in samenwerking met en voor verschillende opdrachtgevers, zoals het COA, Stichting Nidos, het Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie en het Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport. Informatie locatie en werkzaamheden: De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op locatie in Veenhuizen. Hier is een woongroep van circa 43 alleenstaande minderjarige vluchtelingen (AMV) van 14 tot 18 jaar met verschillende etnische achtergronden. Er is sprake van 7 dagen per week 24- uurs begeleiding. De Pedagogisch medewerker dient flexibel inzetbaar te zijn. Functieomschrijving: Als Pedagogisch medewerker verricht je werkzaamheden vanuit een (ped)agogisch kader binnen een AMV-woongroep.
