Functieomschrijving Is rust, reinheid en regelmaat jouw mantra? Dan voel jij je helemaal thuis op een babygroep bij één van onze kinderopvangpartners in de regio Utrecht. Als Pedagogisch Professional ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor de allerkleinsten. Met jouw kalme uitstraling en zorgzame karakter bied je ieder kind de ruimte om zich op eigen tempo te ontwikkelen in een veilige en rustige omgeving. Via ExcellentFlex bepaal je zelf waar en wanneer je werkt met onze gebruiksvriendelijke Clevergig app. We bieden een breed aanbod aan kinderopvangdiensten, waaronder horizontale babygroepen, in Utrecht en de Randstad. Of je nu kiest voor kortdurende inval of een langdurige opdracht, jij hebt de regie. Ondertussen doe je waardevolle ervaring op binnen verschillende teams en locaties, terwijl jij je kunt focussen op wat echt telt: de zorg en aandacht voor de kinderen. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van een klein, hecht team dat altijd voor je klaarstaat met ondersteuning, persoonlijke begeleiding en aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wij snappen dat goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, naast een fijne werkplek- en sfeer, belangrijk zijn voor jouw werkgeluk.
