- Werken bij YoungCapital - - Jouw profiel Pedagogisch medewerker BSO in Leusden Start als Pedagogisch medewerker in Leusden! Combineer BSO-begeleiding op ma, di en do met locatietaken. Wat ga je doen? Zoek jij een veelzijdige rol waarin je actief bent op de groep en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheden draagt? Voor een kleinschalige, christelijke BSO in Leusden zoeken we per 1 april 2027 een pedagogisch medewerker & locatiemanager voor 19 uur per week. In deze gecombineerde functie sta je drie middagen op de groep (maandag, dinsdag en donderdag). Samen met een collega begeleid je een groepje kinderen bij sportieve en creatieve activiteiten. Daarnaast krijg je 7 uur per week om de BSO-locatie organisatorisch strak neer te zetten. Wat worden jouw taken? Taken als Locatiemanager (7 uur) : - Je maakt de roosters voor de medewerkers op de locatie; - Je verzorgt de wekelijkse administratie en de personele bezetting; - Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ouders en voert het overleg met de directeur van de school; - Je organiseert en leidt de overleggen op de locatie; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop en bestellingen van materialen en benodigdheden. Taken als Pedagogisch Medewerker (12 uur) : - Organiseren van sportieve activiteiten voor kinderen na schooltijd; - Begeleiden van kinderen bij hun persoonlijke en sociale ontwikkeling; - Zorgen voor een gezellige en gestructureerde sfeer in de groep. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een enthousiaste en georganiseerde professional die makkelijk het overzicht bewaart. Je beschikt over een kwalificerend mbo-3/4 of hbo-diploma voor de kinderopvang (zoals Pedagogiek, PABO of ALO). Je combineert een sportieve, warme instelling op de groep met sterke communicatieve en regelende vaardigheden. Je bent per 1 april 2027 vast beschikbaar op maandag, dinsdag en donderdag.
