Samen bedenk je leuke activiteiten en thema's, van knutselen en sport tot lekker buiten spelen. Je geeft kinderen de ruimte om zelf te kiezen wat ze willen doen en zorgt ondertussen voor een veilige en gezellige omgeving waarin ieder kind zichzelf kan zijn. Bij Kiekeboe werk je op een kleinschalige locatie met vijf collega's verspreid over 3 groepen: één groep met 4 tot 6 jarigen en twee 6+ groepen, waarvan één op locatie korfbalvereniging LUNO. De groepen hebben een eigen fijne ruimte en volop mogelijkheden om buiten te spelen. Zo hebben we een eigen speelplaats, een moestuin en het Uilenbos om de hoek. Ook werken we samen met scholen, KDV Kiekeboe en lokale verenigingen zoals korfbalvereniging LUNO. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? We zoeken een enthousiaste en betrokken pedagogisch medewerker die graag met kinderen werkt en initiatief neemt. Je bent creatief, ziet wat kinderen nodig hebben en vindt het leuk om samen activiteiten te bedenken. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen actief bezig zijn en kinderen juist de ruimte geven om zelf te spelen of even tot rust te komen. Je werkt in overleg op vaste dagen van 14.00 tot 18.00 uur . VSO is mogelijk van 7.00 tot 8.30 uur . Wil je wat afwisseling? Dan kun je mogelijk op woensdag werken op de babygroep van het KDV. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van 5 pedagogisch medewerkers . We werken prettig samen en vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zich gehoord en gewaardeerd voelt. De groepsindeling bepalen we in overleg, waarbij we kijken naar jouw ervaring, kwaliteiten en voorkeuren. Waar kom je te werken?
