Een kleinschalige en gezellige BSO waar kinderen vanaf 4 jaar na schooltijd alle ruimte krijgen om te ontspannen, spelen, ontdekken en vooral veel plezier te maken. Wat ga je doen? Na schooltijd verwelkom je de kinderen op de BSO en zorg je samen met je collega's voor een fijne en vertrouwde omgeving. Je bedenkt activiteiten die aansluiten bij wat de kinderen leuk vinden en nodig hebben. De ene middag organiseer je een sportactiviteit, de volgende keer trek je met de kinderen de natuur in of ga je samen creatief aan de slag. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte voor je eigen ideeën. Heb jij een leuk plan? Probeer het vooral uit! Natuurlijk hoeft niet iedere minuut gevuld te zijn. Kinderen mogen bij ons ook lekker zelf spelen, ontspannen of even bijkletsen na een schooldag. Je werkt op maandag-, dinsdag- en donderdagmiddag. Wat moet je kunnen? - Organiseert sport-, spel- en creatieve activiteiten; - Stimuleert de motorische en sociale emotionele ontwikkeling van kinderen; - Bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het activiteitenprogramma; - Draait de vakantie-BSO en helpt bij de voorbereiding daarvan; - Denkt actief mee over nieuwe ideeën en activiteiten. Wat neem je mee? - Je hebt een relevant mbo-diploma niveau 3 of 4, of minimaal 50% van de studiepunten van een passende hbo-opleiding behaald; - Je bent enthousiast en weet zowel kinderen als collega's mee te nemen in jouw ideeën; - Je hebt een open en flexibele houding; - Je communiceert helder en prettig.
