Als pedagogisch medewerker bij onze opdrachtgever in Zaandam speel je een belangrijke rol in het creëren van een omgeving waar kinderen zich veilig en vrij voelen om te leren, te spelen en te groeien. Jij weet precies hoe je nieuwsgierigheid kunt prikkelen en maakt van elk moment een kans om iets bijzonders te beleven, of het nu gaat om een groot project of een spontaan knutselmoment. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een fijne sfeer waarin humor, samenwerking en openheid centraal staan.Wat ga je doen:- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van kinderen in hun dagelijkse activiteiten en ontwikkeling; - Organiseren van creatieve en educatieve activiteiten die aansluiten bij de interesses van de kinderen; - Signaleren van de behoeften van kinderen en hierop inspelen met persoonlijke aandacht; - Actief bijdragen aan een positieve en veilige groepssfeer; - Samenwerken met collega’s en ouders om de beste zorg en begeleiding te bieden.

Wat bieden we jou - Salaris tussen €2641 en €3630 per maand (CAO Kinderopvang) - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Parttime functie van 8 tot 20 uur per week; - Directe uitbetaling van 8% eindejaarsuitkering; - Jaarlijks 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling vanaf dag één.

Functie-eisen Ben jij een enthousiaste pedagogisch medewerker die kinderen inspireert en een veilige, stimulerende omgeving biedt? Dan zoeken wij jou!- Diploma in pedagogiek of vergelijkbaar (kinderopvang-werkt.nl check) - Ervaring met diverse leeftijdsgroepen in kinderopvang; - Bereidheid om een EHBO-certificaat te behalen; - Ingeschreven in het personenregister kinderopvang; - Flexibel inzetbaar en communicatief vaardig.
