Op de BSO-locaties van gro-up is het nooit saai. Van het organiseren van sport- en spelmiddagen tot het bedenken van uitdagende activiteiten. Jij kan daarin lekker je creativiteit en ideeën kwijt. Enthousiasmeren en motiveren komt jou natuurlijk aan. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een fijne, veilige en inspirerende omgeving waar kinderen na schooltijd helemaal zichzelf kunnen zijn. Natuurlijk is geen kind hetzelfde. En daarom ben jij zo belangrijk: jij kijkt per kind per dag wat nodig is om verder te komen. Zodat zij het mooiste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. In gesprek met Shaylene Hagebeek, locatiemanager bij Buitenschoolse opvang Het Ganzennest Waarom is het leuk werken bij het Ganzennest? Je hoeft je hier nooit te vervelen! Er zijn volop ruimtes en mogelijkheden om de leukste activiteiten te organiseren voor de jongste en oudste kinderen. Buiten kunnen de kinderen zich uitleven met sport en spel. Slecht weer? Dan verplaatsen we de actie gewoon naar de gymzaal of het speellokaal. We zorgen regelmatig voor bijzondere ontmoetingen door samen te werken met organisaties in de buurt, zoals ouderenzorgcentra, sportverenigingen of de gemeente. Hoe leuk is dat! Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? Wij zijn op zoek naar een pedagogisch medewerker die met energie en zorg onze kinderen begeleidt. Jij ziet waar een kind behoefte aan heeft en weet hoe je een omgeving creëert waarin ze spelenderwijs kunnen groeien. Je werkt 20 uur per week op maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag met werktijden tussen 13:30 en 18:30 uur. In de schoolvakanties zijn we hele dagen open.
